Another backstage adventure for Capturing Creativity – Rosina Pencheva is a field photographer in the Bulgarian series The Donors, whose shooting process I immortalized commissioned by the executive producer – Lyubomira Kostova from the Rubecula film company.
I am very glad that I was part of the team of the great documentary series that tells about the most generous, persistent and resourceful Bulgarians in history. Each of the four episodes is dedicated to benefactors in a different area – education, social assistance, healthcare and culture. You will learn about the causes and vicissitudes of iconic personalities from the past such as Vasil Aprilov, Dimitar Kudoglu, Yordanka Filaretova and Maria Vlaikova.
The director of The Givers is Emma Konstantinova, and the cinematographer is Rumen Vassilev. The producer of the series is the Lachezar Tsotsorkov Foundation.
Be sure to watch all four episodes on Bulgarian National Television between 27th and 30th May 2024 at 22:30 h – the characters are very inspiring! And expect something no less interesting from us – special VIP access to the set of the miniseries.
